Sound Healing Bath

Next retreat 21st – 27th of March  … a journey to self….

Sound healing, which is also known as sound therapy, has been practiced since ancient times. The concept of sound therapy is based on the idea that every part of your body creates a vibration which resonates in a certain way. Put another way, vibrational healing is based on the idea that everything in the universe – including our bodies – is in a state of vibration. When your body is out of balance, diseases can result. That is, illness is caused by blockage which stops the organ in question from vibrating at its healthy frequency. Sound healing works by sending sound waves throughout your body, which brings harmony through oscillation and resonance. This helps restore your body’s balance which in turn helps you heal.  We use different bowls and instrument such as Singing Crystal Chakra Bowls,  Peter Hess® Tibetan Healing Bowls – made from 12 metals, Chimes, Gongs and Rainstick.  Sound baths are a meditative practice. The resonant music creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths, which may have health benefits. A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask.
