This excellent accommodation renovated in this spring of 2021, with a large indoor, heated Jacuzzi! Lauro Golf 27-hole golf course is literally just around the corner.
The intimacy of the accommodation is guaranteed. A wide path with a well-kept garden on its sides will give you the first impression of luxury and tranquility that you are looking for on your vacation. The interior of the accommodation is taken care of to the maximum detail and with luxury qualities.
The building is made up of two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor takes you into a a large hall with a beautiful staircase that accesses the upper floor. To the right you have the living room with comfortable sofas. On cooler days you can use the elegant fireplace to regulate the temperature of the room. You will also find a separate kitchen with dining room. Finally, this floor offers a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower tray.
Going up the elegant staircase, you reach the upper floor, where you will find five rooms and a hall, decorated with great elegance, which will be a meeting point to find a moment of tranquility. This floor has two bathrooms with a shower tray. The rooms, three bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each, are all bright, spacious and with cabinets to store your luggage in an orderly manner. Equipped with double glazing closures, the temperature of the rooms and the noise from the outside will not be a problem.
Pool area
Surrounded by a well-kept garden you can enjoy an excellent outdoor pool, not heated. The swimming pool has an unbeatable position in which it is bathed in the sun throughout the day. You will be able to fully enjoy this space, thanks to the outdoor furniture available.
Accompanying the pool, it has a masonry construction that houses a large heated Jacuzzi so you can enjoy and relax in this space. Both pool and jacuzzi can be used both during the day and at night.
Villa Rosa has a lot of space for yoga and for you to relax.
All meals are included. The refrigerator will be filled with what ever you fancy for beakfast so you can have your breakfast of your own choice. There will also always be some fruit, snacks, tea and coffee etc available for you in the kitchen. Lunch and dinner will mainly be served at the Villa but could also be at some local restaurant.
The horses are within a 30 minutes walk but we could drive you there if you prefer so. There you will find a great, big showjumping arena always full of obstacles. A nice dressage arena as well as horses in all sizes and for riders on all levels. Adolfo is doing the showjumping classes and David the basic riding, easy jumps, and dressage classes. If you do not fancy horseback riding, you can just participate in body and mind work and get some private coaching sessions.
